What we collect and why
We store your email, selected cities, role, language, email verification time and newsletter preferences to provide an account, manage your participation and deliver requested updates. We keep consent events with time, source and policy version. We do not request medical records, a home address, identification documents or payment details.
Essential authentication cookies maintain your session for up to 30 days. Email links expire after 30 minutes. Short-lived rate-limit records use keyed hashes of an email or network address to protect the service. Aggregate outbound click counts do not identify you. Hosting providers may process network/security logs under their own retention policies.
Your choices
Newsletter consent is optional, separate and off by default. You can change preferences in your account or unsubscribe using any newsletter’s link. Unsubscribing does not prevent requested sign-in messages. Delete your account from the dashboard to remove registration, sessions and associated consent/delivery records from the active database.
Service providers and transfers
Vercel hosts the service, Neon stores PostgreSQL data and Resend delivers email when configured. These providers may process information outside your country. We do not automatically create accounts at linked agent services or send them your profile. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
Retention and requests
Account data is retained while your account exists. Expired authentication and anti-abuse records are removed through the documented maintenance task. Provider backups may persist under provider retention periods after deletion. We do not sell registration data. Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correction, deletion, objection or restriction, and to complain to a supervisory authority.

Eligibility and security
Registration is for adults aged 18 or over. We use access controls, expiring tokens, encrypted transport and restricted administrative access. No service can guarantee absolute security. We will update this notice when our data practices change.
