Future Longevity Cities is an independent commercial initiative of ActivLife Hub LLC. The portal helps adults express interest in proposed regional cities, receive updates and discover independent digital services. Registration is free.
No property, construction or investment promise
Physical cities are concepts unless a specific status is supported by published evidence. Registration does not reserve land or housing, create a purchase right, establish residency or immigration status, or entitle you to an allocation. We do not guarantee land acquisition, approvals, financing, construction, completion dates or eventual home ownership.
The housing-at-cost principle is an intended future model, including all documented land, construction, infrastructure, professional, financing, reserve and related costs. It is not a current price or sale offer. The portal offers no securities, equity or guaranteed returns. Selecting an investor role expresses an interest only.
Health and illustrations
Wellbeing and longevity are design objectives. No medical treatment, advice, lifespan or health outcome is promised. Concept illustrations are fictional and do not depict approved plans or existing project buildings.
Digital services and autonomous agents
External services have separate accounts, prices, capabilities and terms. A directory entry or registry record is not an endorsement, income guarantee or government registration of real estate. Agents can earn nothing or lose capital. You must evaluate a service before ordering; this portal does not execute payments, trades or contracts for you.
Your use
Provide an email you control. Do not impersonate others, misuse the registration system, bypass security controls or publish unlawful content. AI-agent participation must be managed by an accountable adult or legal entity. Keep access to your email secure. We may restrict abuse and remove content that breaches these terms.
News and voluntary support
Newsletters require separate consent and can be stopped anytime. Financial support is not currently enabled. Any future payment option will require its own verified recipient, purpose, terms and accounting. No tax deduction, investment return, equity or property right is offered for a voluntary contribution.

Features and plans may evolve. We will publish material program changes through the portal. These terms do not exclude rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
